All BREENA FIREWORK's commercialized products, are exclusively dedicated at all those who have familiarity with pyrotechnic and operate in this sector.
BREEN FIREWORKS, doesn't assume any responsability about consequences (damages to people or things, malfunctions, accidental breakage, performances that do not match expectations, judicial and penal consequences ) coming from the usage of equipment and items sold by our company.
BREENA FIREWORKS, doesn't assume any responsability about consequences coming from the usage of products, afterwords resold to third parties.

HOW READING SALE PRICES?
All sale prices are tax-escluded, without IVA (INTERNATIONA ITALIAN TAX 22%) added at the end of the order process, before payment.
For UE companies with a valid VAT number, no taxes applied.
For UE private people, taxed applied at the sale prices, and showed before payment.
For Extra UE companies and private, no taxes applied.
The shown prices refer to the questioned object only, and do not include delivery costs that will be added during the on-line booking.
The shown prices might change, due to specific promotions or market adjustment;however, any price variation will be pointed-out before the purchase.
WHAT IS THE POLICY OF WITHDRAWAL?
The purchased goods, can be sent back within 7 days by the receiving date, however must be proved that they haven't been used, damaged or tampered.
In this case, it will be possible to ask the refound of the amount paid, exchanging it with some other product of the same value or just use the amount as a difference to buy more expancive goods.
In case of exchanging of goods, any delivery cost must be paid by the buyer.
Any paid order, can be cancelled within 24 hours by the purchasing date and anyhow before it has been sent to the recipient.
If the goods are already been sent, the policy of withdrawal can be applied within 7 days by the receiving date.
WHAT IS THE SUPPLIED WARRANTLY?
The warrantly covers any product up to 24 months by the receiving date, and is not applied on faults caused by tampering, accidental breakage or insufficient technical knowledge by the buyer.
The faults assessment will be carried-out by BREENA FIREWORKS' technicians only. The warrantly will be applied just on objects directly purchased by BREENA FIREWORKS and used exclusively by the buyer company. Selling the product to third parties, with or without money exchange, will automatically delate any warranly right on it.
Note: any damage caused by water, except for specific indications of impermeability, will not be covered by warrantly.
WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT DO WE OFFER?
-BREENA FIREWORKS offers to its clients, phone or on-line support such as e-mail and Skype. To third parties instead, it's a payment service and the prices can change depending on the given performance.
-BREENA FIREWORKS provide a payment service of reparation, concerning all the products present on the web-site, even if bought by a third company; any request will be singly accepted and considered, than the applied prices will be discussed and definite with the customer
-technical assistance is free for BREENA FIREWORKS' clients, exept for repairs operations and job assistance, which have to be discussed and definite in advance with the customer
WHICH ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
Credit cards, paypal and bank transfer are accepted. Different payment methods, have to be definite in advance with BREENA FIREWORKS.

WHICH MANUALS ARE AVAILABLE?
-BREENA FIREWORKS provide to all its clients a series of manuals in italian regarding the sold objects on the web-site, viewable and downloadable for free on the download page, accessible with a password given to each contact registered.
-BREENA FIREWORKS doesn't assume any responsability coming from erroneous readings, interpretations and wrong manual translations
-the english manuals represent the original ones, realized by the motherhouses of the products
POSTING AND COSTS
WHICH TYPE OF EXPEDITIONS ARE MADE?
BREENA FIREWORKS carries out any expedition by international couriers, in order to guarantee deliveries in Italy and all around the european union.Also extra-european deliveries are carried out on demand
WHAT ARE DELIVERIES PRICES?
IN ITALY: for any order with a total amount of 1000,00 euro or higher, the expedition is free
for any order with a total amount lower than 1000,00 euro the fare is 10,00 euro + IVA.
UE COUNTRIES: All shipping prices will be calcolated by the sistem during the order process, depending on the total weight of the goods, including packaging. The IVA rules are the same as descripted on the " prices " section of this terms and conditions.

WHO MAKES DELIVERIES?
Expeditions are made by Mailbox.etc which commits international couriers such as: UPS, SDA ,FEDEX, TNT and DHL depending on the best price and service.
WHAT ARE THE TIMES OF EXPEDITIONS?
-Orders are sent within 48 hours by the date of the receiving payment and it will takes 2/3 working days to reach destination, if this is in Italy.
For UE and extra UE destinations, the delivery time is 3/5 working days, depending on the country of destination.
If it takes more than 15/20 days, you had better contact us to ask informations.
Note that waiting times vary, depending on the basis of the payment method used
-delivery times refer to the merchandise already in store. If some object is not present by the date of the order, waiting times definitely change by the times over mentioned and it is raccomanded in these cases to contac us in advance.
The availability of any listed product on the web-site, will be kept updated
BREENA FIREWORKS doesn't assume any responsability about delays on deliveries which aren't attributable directly to BREENA FIREWORKS, except for deliveries with a delay of over 40 days by the date of order if the prodoct was in store and to be delivered on the italian territory. In this case BREENA FIREWORKS will refound the purchased merchandise

BREENA FIREWORKS is responsable for missing products or order mistakes only if these ones are immediately claimed to the courier, or anyhow within 24 hours by the date of delivery, through urgent communication to BREENA FIREWORKS.
ARE DELIVERIES INSURED?
No, deliveries are not insured.
To ensure expeditions, we invite to subscribe an apposite insurance than communicate it to BREENA-FIREWORKS by cropping the reguarding box on the web-site or contacting us. The insurance costs are borne by clients.
WHICH GUARANTEES ARE GIVEN ON DELIVERIES?
BREENA FIREWORKS is committed to ensure all the purchased objects are in good conditions and corresponding to the orders made. To prove it, BREENA FIREWORKS sends a picture of the purchased goods at the time of expedition, to verify the integrity and conformity of the merchandise
WHO PAYS EXPEDITIONS COSTS FOR THE RECESSES OR OBJECTS SENT BACK UNDER WARRANTLY?
-the expeditions costs for exchange or return are always borne by the client
-the expeditions costs of objects under warrantly, are borne by BREENA FIREWORKS
-the expeditions costs for technical assistance are always borne by the client
-all the expeditions not included in the over mentioned cases, are always borne by the client
