What types of products do we sell?

Breena Fireworks markets a range of products dedicated to all professionals working in the pyrotechnic and events sector in general.
We sell pyrotechnic control units, firing software, consumables and equipment for fittings. We also provide design services for fireworks displays and field assistance for their realization. We run technical learning courses for the products we supply.


What are the responsibilities of Breena Fireworks?


● All products marketed by Breena Fireworks are dedicated exclusively to those who are familiar with pyrotechnics and who operate in the fireworks sector, and in any case to those over 18 years of age.
● Breena Fireworks assumes no responsibility for the consequences deriving directly or indirectly, (damage to things or people, malfunctions, accidental breakages, performance not corresponding to expectations, legal and criminal consequences) from the use of the products marketed.

● Breena Fireworks assumes no responsibility for the consequences deriving from the use of the products sold and transferred by the purchasers to third parties, who use them.

● Breena fireworks assumes no responsibility for the information provided in the instructions and manuals provided.

● Breena Fireworks assumes no responsibility for the sale and consequences caused by the use of material purchased on the Breena Fireworks site by unqualified personnel without specific technical knowledge in the pyrotechnics sector or in general in the area in which they will use the products purchased.


How are sales prices interpreted?

The sales prices are exclusive of VAT (22%), which will be calculated and applied automatically by the system during the purchase procedure, and shown before the payment procedure.
For companies residing within the EU area and in possession of a valid VAT number, VAT will not be applied to the price lists.
For individuals residing within the EU area, who do not have a valid VAT number, VAT will be applied to the price lists.
For companies and individuals residing in non-EU countries, VAT will not be applied, leaving the purchaser with the taxes required by the country of destination of the goods or service.

The prices indicated refer to the object to which they refer and do not include transport costs, which will be applied later, during the online order procedure.
The prices indicated may undergo changes due to specific promotions or market adjustments; such changes will always be indicated before the purchase is made.



What is the withdrawal policy?

● The purchased goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt of the same, as long as it can be demonstrated that the items have not been used, have not been removed from their original packaging and are not damaged and / or tampered with.
In the case of a return, it will be possible to request a refund of the items purchased, or exchange with other goods of equal value, or a simple difference.
The return does not apply if the purchased goods were ordered out of the catalog (not in stock at the time of the order) or found specifically for the order itself (personalized goods).
In case of return and possible exchanges, all shipping costs for the return of the items are charged to the buyer.
● Orders already paid can be canceled within 24 hours from the date of purchase and in any case, before the goods are shipped.
In the event that the purchased material is out of catalog or ordered by Breena Fireworks specifically for the purchase itself, the order itself cannot be canceled, except for the general conditions of return due to defective goods or goods not corresponding to the one ordered.
Once the shipment has been made, the policy of withdrawal is applied within 7 days of receipt of the goods, with return shipping to be paid by the customer.
With regard to the successful outcome of the goods return procedure, the unquestionable judgment of Breena Fireworks will prevail, which will check the goods and decide whether or not to proceed with the refund or exchange before the refund or possible exchange. The check will focus on the above return specifications.


What is the guarantee provided?

The guarantee provided on the products is 24 months from the date of receipt of the goods, and applies to ascertained malfunctions of the objects, which do not depend on damage suffered, tampering, accidental breakage or insufficient technical and practical knowledge of the purchased object.
The verification of the malfunction is verified exclusively by Breena Fireworks technicians.
The warranty applies only to items purchased directly from Breena Fireworks and used exclusively by the purchasing company.
The sale of the product to third parties, with or without a money transaction, will immediately cause the forfeiture of the product warranty.
Note: Damage caused by water (or humidity), fire and neglect, except for specific indications of impermeability of the objects to these agents or resistance to certain factors (stress, etc.) are always excluded from the guarantee.


What assistance do we provide?

● Breena Fireworks offers its customers a free information assistance service by telephone or by computer, such as e-mail and Skype.
The assistance service does not include all the information that can be found in the manuals supplied with the products, but concerns exclusively the supply of all the information necessary to deal with emergency situations that go beyond the normal functioning of the products and for which an emergency nature is not possible. the resolution by reading the user manual only.
For third-party customers, the service is subject to a fee, and variable rates are applied depending on the service performed.
● Breena Fireworks has a paid technical repair assistance service for all those who have also purchased the products on the Breena Fireworks website from other companies.
Requests will be accepted and evaluated individually, and the prices applied will be previously discussed and agreed with the customer.
● Technical assistance (excluding repairs and technical interventions) is free of charge for its customers, except for repairs or assistance in the field, which will be evaluated for each individual case and will be previously discussed and agreed with the customer.



What are the payment methods?

It is possible to pay by credit card, paypal, bank transfer, postepay or in cash.
Paying with cash on delivery (to be agreed in advance), a fixed fee of 10 euros will be charged to the total, plus 3% of the total.
Cash on delivery or other payment methods other than those listed will be agreed in advance with Breena Fireworks.
The payment methods will be clearly listed during the On Line purchase procedure.


What is the purchasing and payment policy?

● Breena Fireworks only accepts online purchases, telephone and written orders sent by e-mail (except for orders at the fair) with advance payments, through the various methods offered.
● Each purchase will be considered valid only upon receipt of the relative amount. Times are related to the payment method used.
● The goods will be shipped only after receipt of payment, or cash on delivery.
● Any exceptions and special conditions must be previously submitted and agreed with Breena Fireworks, which assumes its final judgment on the matter.


What is the privacy policy?

● Privacy is guaranteed by the current regulations on the subject, and every aspect is managed with the consent of the customer, through specific authorization requests, inserted during the product purchase procedure.
● To complete the purchases, each customer will be asked for their email address, in order to maintain a communication channel between Breena Fireworks and the buyer.
● The customer may at any time request the cancellation of their data.
The personal data requested when placing the order are collected by Breena Fireworks snc and processed on computer media, in order to satisfy the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the Customer and will in no case or for any reason be transferred to third parties. Breena Fireworks snc guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30.06.03. The Customer, at any time, has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, also requesting the definitive cancellation of the same ("right to be forgotten") with written communication to be sent to the registered office of Breena Fireworks or by email to the address: omniaparty.bf@gmail.com. The Customer who declares to have received the information pursuant to art. 13 and on the rights due to the same, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and art. 13 and 14 of the GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679, has the right to access their data in the manner provided therein. Marketing communications will be sent only with the explicit consent of the Customer issued together with the authorization for processing and sending the online registration form. In order to simplify the identification of the customer with the immediate communication of the e-mail address and password, the customer expressly authorizes Breena Fireworks snc to insert a "cookie" file on the customer's hard disk, for the sole purpose of facilitating this identification.
The “owner” of the data processing, relating to identified or identifiable persons who have consulted this site, is Breena Fireworks Snc, via dei Salici 19 / D, 60018 Montemarciano (AN), Italy.




What manuals are available?

● Breena Fireworks provides all its customers with a series of manuals in Italian, concerning the objects sold on the On-Line site, sent to the company in digital format.
● Breena Fireworks assumes no liability arising from misreading, misinterpretation or incorrect translation of the manuals provided and available.
● The manuals in English are the original ones made by the manufacturers of the products.


SHIPPING AND COSTS

What types of shipments do you make?


Breena Fireworks carries out all its shipments by relying on international couriers, in order to guarantee shipments within the Italian territory and to all countries of the European Economic Community.
On request, product shipments are also possible to countries outside the EU


What are the shipping prices?

IN ITALY:

For all orders a rate of 15 euros + VAT for express shipments and 10 € + VAT for economy shipments is applied.


EU COUNTRIES:

For all orders destined for European Union countries other than Italy, the rates will be automatically calculated by the system based on the weight of the goods including packaging, and shown on the order form before the payment procedure. VAT will be applied according to the same rules as under "Sales prices" of this regulation.



NON-EU COUNTRIES: For all orders destined for non-EU countries, the rates will be automatically calculated by the system based on the weight of the goods including packaging, and shown on the order form before the payment procedure. VAT will be applied according to the same rules as under "Sales prices" of this regulation.


Who are the shipments entrusted to?

For shipments we use international couriers such as UPS, SDA, FEDEX, TNT, DHL, BRT, depending on the best price and guaranteed service.


What are the shipping times?

● All orders are processed within 7/10 working days from receipt of payments and delivery times are generally around 2/7 working days from the date of shipment of the goods.
For waiting times longer than 15-20 days it is advisable to contact us for information.
Please note that depending on the payment system used, the shipping times of the goods may vary.

● Shipping times refer to goods already in stock at the time of the order. For goods not in stock, delivery times vary greatly from those indicated and it is advisable in these cases to contact Breena Fireworks in advance.
Product availability will be constantly updated and indicated on the site, for each product listed and on sale.


Responsibility for shipments


● Breena Fireworks assumes no responsibility for delays in deliveries that are not directly attributable to Breena Fireworks.

● Breena fireworks assumes no responsibility for goods damaged upon delivery. Without explicit request at the time of the order, shipments do not include insurance on the goods purchased.

● Breena Fireworks is responsible for missing or mismatched goods at the time of delivery, unless such omissions or mismatches are reported to the courier immediately upon delivery, whenever possible, or within 24 hours from the date of delivery, through urgent communication to Breena Fireworks.


Are shipments insured?


No, shipments are not insured.
To insure shipments, we invite you to sign a specific insurance policy, communicating it to us at the time of the order, by checking the appropriate box, or by contacting us by phone or email.
The price for the insurance of the goods is charged to the customer.


What guarantees are provided on shipments?

Breena Fireworks undertakes to ensure that at the time of shipment, all items purchased are in perfect condition and correspond to those purchased.



For withdrawals or warranty re-entries, who pays for shipments?


● Return and trade-in shipments are fully charged to the customer.
● Warranty shipments are paid by Breena Fireworks.
● Shipments for technical assistance are always charged to the customer.
● Any other shipment not included among the previous ones is charged to the customer.
