 WHAT IS IT FOR?
 Software updates are released approximately every 6 months and are used to add or improve the functions or performance of the control units; they are often also used to resolve errors or malfunctions, (in English BUGS) which it was noticed that the previous software was affected.
 Once the update is released, for it to work, it is necessary to install it on your control units, and to do this it is necessary to follow a procedure that, at first glance, can also be difficult.

 WHAT NEED TO UPDATE?
 Updates are usually released for the software of 18M modules and 18R 18R2 and AUDIO BOX remote controls.
 Therefore, in most cases, what needs to be updated is the internal software of the firing modules (18M) and that of the remote controls (18R and 18R2, AUDIO BOX).

 HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SOFTWARE MY CONTROL UNITS HAVE?
 To find out what software your control units have, just read the number that appears on the display as soon as they are turned on.
 For example, turning on an 18M, 18R or 18R2 module, if the first number that appears is for example, 2.0.1, it means that the internal software of that module is 2.0.1; if, on the other hand, the number 3.0.1 appears, it means that the internal software of that module is 3.0.1
 HOW DO I KNOW IF I NEED TO UPDATE THE SOFTWARE?
 At the beginning of this page we indicate which is the latest software version. We must check the number that appears on our control units as soon as we turn them on; as already said this number corresponds to the software that is currently installed inside our modules / remote controls.
 If this number is identical to what appears on our website, then it means that our forms are up to date and we do not have to do anything.
 If our number is LESS than what appears on the website, then this means that our software is not the most recent, and therefore, if we want to have the most recent one on our control units, we MUST UPDATE.
 EXAMPLE:
 Software on site (example): LATEST FIRMWARE TO TODAY: 5.0.2
 Software on our control units 3.0.2 = I can update!
 Software on our control units 5.0.2 = I already have the most recent update!
